Happy Friday to you all! Welcome to the
Paper Crafts magazine and World Card Making Day Winners blog hop! We have some great inspiration and some wonderful giveaways for you today! If you are following along in the blog hop, you should have come from the
Paper Crafts blog! I’m the first stop on this hop – you've started out on the right track!
I was surprised and honored to find that I had been chosen as a winner...a few days after the initial winners were chosen. On an incredible act of honesty and integrity, one of the winners stepped down and I was chosen as the fifth winner in the category. You can read about it
here.
For my project today, I was inspired by my card that was picked. I chose to use the same earthy tones as a jumping board for my card. Here is a little peek at the winner
And here is the card I made especially for today!

I used the negative die cut space of the butterfly as my pop of color. I’ve been seeing a lot of this around blogland, so I thought I’d give it a go myself. Also, many have been adding some shading to solid stamped images – I don’t know who started the trend, but it’s genius! So much more depth and dimension! For a finishing touch, I added some glossy accents to the little berries. Thanks so much for bopping on by! Here are the details of the hop:
