Perfect Presentation September Release & Candy ~

Perfect Presentation has a new release this month with a whopping 6 new templates:
Holding Pattern (I'll have a post with this fun door hanger on Thursday!!)
Perfect Parcel
Tombstone Treat Bag
Tombstone PlaceCard
Whimsy House  &
Whimsy House Card
All templates are available from The Wild Flower Patch shop under Perfect Presentation templates.

I chose to make another sweet little duo with the Perfect Parcel SVG template.  We have lots of September birthdays in my neck of the woods, so I thought a little *autumn blessings* were in order!
This little beauty is the perfect size to hold some yummy goodies in to make a special someone happy.  I stuffed mine full of caramels, packages of scrumptious teas and a little gift card on top.  The bow is tied from some fabulous silk ribbon I recycled off a lovely gift I was surprised with from a friend ;o)  The fun paper is from the  Kaisercraft Peachy Keen pack available at Paper Garden Projects.  It is so pretty and is flocked for some beautiful texture.
I made a little sentiment label to tie the card and parcel together.  I nested a couple of petite oval nesties and punched the sentiment with the modern label punch from SU.  A couple of pearls frame the sentiment and give just the right touch!
These templates are so easy to assemble and decorate!  The decorative panels are another file to open up and cut - no measuring and no fuss!  Love it!

The card follows the fall theme and sketch from the 7 Kids College Fund Challenge blog.  I stamped Giselle from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored her with Copics.  Her dress and apron are paper pieced with just a hint of shading to follow with the Copic Creations challenge.  I used the *out of the box* technique to pop her hat out of the circle and sponged around the circle nestie while she was still in the die to add a little more dimension.  All the pattern papers are from the Peachy Keen pack.  The blueish one is flocked again - so pretty!  A little more pearl bling around the sentiment {to follow with the Crazy 4 Challenges guidelines for this week} and this card is done!  This duo also fits into the current JUGS challenge to use a template!
Now for the candy...a random commenter on this post will win their choice of template from Perfect Presentation.  You have until Wednesday, September 29, at midnight PDT to comment.  I will draw a winner on Thursday morning with my Holding Pattern post.  You don't have to become a follower to win - just make sure I have a way to get in touch with you or you check back!  Now please go stop by the other fabulous designer's blogs to see what their wonderful, creative minds have come up with.  Oh and they have candy too!!  :o)
