I used the Baby Button Bits and Inside and Out Baby sets from PaperTrey Ink for these cards. I made two of the bee cards hoping to make a few more with a couple of other images from the set.
Sorry the picture is a bit washed out. It's late and overcast, so I had to use a different light set up. The three little panels along the bottom are embossed with the honeycomb image from Honey Bees. I used buttons with 4 holes and black embroidery floss to somewhat mimic black stripes on the bees. The wings are stamped on vellum, painted with Opal Shimmerz and popped up on little glue dots folded in half.
I used two stamps from the Inside/Out set for the inside. It needed a bit more, so I drew a black outline with a scrapbooking pen at a quarter inch border.
Thanks for taking a little peek! Dinner is burning on the stove, so I'd better run!! Toodles :o) lyss

This is so cute! I really love it! But, you don't like cupcakes??? Blasphemy! What if it was a cupcake with fruit on it or in it???
This is a lovely card - the wings on the bees are perfect. I love the inside too.
Thanks for playing the Paper Garden Projects challenge!
I do love the black outline your drew inside the card. It adds a lot to the finished look! And looks great with the black squares that are on the fton. This is a darling baby card.
these are adorable...and i would pick the cupcake...lolololol
So pretty! I love this little bee! I would eat the fruit salad and have the cupcake for dessert!
So sweet! I finally gave in and picked up this set - I know of so many little ones on the way this summer. Oh, and I will be using the cupcake stamp :>) And I would eat it too!!!
